I’d like to congratulate you on delivering a great course. It has something for everyone, whether they’re completely new to LinkedIn or they’ve used it for some time. For me, as you know, I had pretty much abandoned LinkedIn having used it fairly extensively over the years, and whilst I don’t think I’m going to build up a large number of connections again, I do think that the course is invaluable for franchise owners and those in a customer-facing business development role. In respect of my work, I will be helping our owners strengthen their own LinkedIn accounts to develop new connections and foster relationships, so the course has given me a good refresher and a slightly different perspective in that sense.
